Route Task

Besides single tasks, you may create route tasks. It is very convenient in case an employee should visit several places on the same route. The function helps to estimate the convenience of the route and correct it.

To create a route task:
1) Select “Tasks” then select “+”


2) In the new window, fill out the 1st New Task - employee, task name, address, date/time task description, etc. Once the 1st task is filled out, select "Add new checkpoint" and your task will be transformed into a route task. 






Checkpoints will be automatically connected under the following conditions:

A route task was created. Single task addresses can’t be connected.
Two or more checkpoints were added. A route won’t be created if you have only one checkpoint.

3) Once you have completed each task, select "Save" and the route task will appear in the list of task


Click  to expand the task schedule for the day for that employee.
