A recurrence task is created to repeat the same task either specific days in a week, daily, weekly or monthly.
How to Create a Recurrence Task:
1) Select "Field Service>Recurrence"
2) Select

3) Fill out the new task
1 - Assign the employee - Recurrence can be assigned to only one employee.
2 - Select how often you want the task to repeat
3 - Select a single task or a multi-task through the day
4 - Name the task
5 - Add the address and set the radius around that address.
6 - Set the date/time. Additionally, you can set up Admissible delay, Visit duration and Ignore random visits with duration less than.
7 - Add the description notes for the task.
8 - Add your digital form to the task.
Once these fields are completed, select "Save"
Recurrence task will appear in the Recurrence task list
How to manage your Recurrence Task:
Recurrences can be grouped by period, employee, address, and filtered by the employee.
To edit a table with recurring tasks, click on the “Manage a task list” button and select the columns you need.
Recurrences can be deleted individually or in groups. To delete several recurrence tasks, you should check them and press the “Delete the selected recurrences” button in the upper right corner of the recurrence table.
The already created recurrence task can be changed by pressing the “Edit” button at the necessary recurrence in the list. After that, the usual menu for creating a recurrence task will appear.
