How to view your users activity logs in Connecttrak?

This will give you the ability to view and monitor your user access to the Connecttrak platform to give you peace of mind about what your users are doing on the Connecttrak platform. 

Select the drop-down arrow and select "Activity Log" in the top left corner


 






















Once you selected "Activity Logs", you will see the below: 

By selecting the above option, you can filter the activity log list as below: 
1 - Select the date/time range. 
2 - Select the action type. 
3 - Select the user you will like to view in the table
4 - Grouping how you will like to view the activity logs. 

Once you have filter the activity logs, the table will provide you with: 
- Date/time
- User
- Action type - during that login session, it will advise what action the user did
- Host - providing the public IP address where the user login
