Access rights allows you to give access to your account to several employees at the same time. You are able to select what devices each login or employee can see. This feature is useful for companies with a great number of employees. For example, each manager will be able to oversee only their department.
You are also able to control the rights each login/account has, so you can restrict people to only see vehicles or only be able to built reports or alerts.
Creating New Access Rights
To create a new login, click on the access rights tab found at the top left corner of the platform:
Once in the access rights tab, click on the "Role Management" tab to create a new to so you can assign it to new logins:
Create a new role, name it and select available access rights. All the rights are divided into 3 groups: owner, basic and additional.
Choose "Users" tab and add new user:
Add a new user and select a role. Chosen role influences available rights.
Click save once all details are entered and the new user will be created.
