A trips report allows you to get detailed information on trip history, including trip length, travel time, stops duration, and speed.
You can create reports by going to the "reports" tab.
Click on "+ create report".
Choose "Trips" from the list of available reports.
Select the trackers to be included in the report by ticking the box next to the asset name.
Choose the day/s you want the report to show by clicking on the time frame. You can select the days by clicking and dragging so the dates turn blue. There are also some presets you can use on the lefthand side of the date selection tool:
Click Ok once the desired dates have been selected
The "Control Days:" option is for larger reports over a longer timeframe, for example: If you wanted to build a report for a whole month, but only wanted to see working days, you would select the month from the date range selection tool, then make sure that "Saturday" & "Sunday" are deselected from the control days panel:
There is also a control time, which allows you to control what hours of the days are included in the report.
Geocoder should be set to Google as it is most accurate.

In "Advanced Options" you have the following selections;
Divide by stops - Tick this to increase milage accuracy.
Show stop duration - Tick this to show how long the vehicle was stopped for.
Show coordinates - Tick this to show the coordinates of the trip start and end points.
Group by driver - Tick this if you have multiple drivers driving different vehicles and have worked with our support team to set this feature up.
Once all of the settings are to your liking, click "Create Report". The report will pop-up at the top of the list of reports to the left, sometimes there will be a progress bar depending on how much information is being drawn into the report.
Once the report is complete, you can click on it to view.
You can then export the report as either an Excel file or PDF document:
