Creating External Power Cut Alert
An external power cut alert is useful for devices as it allows you to know whether or not the drivers/employee have pulled out or unplugged the device from the power supply, hence stopping the device from working.
Select Alerts from the sidebar menu.
Click "Set Rules"
Click add Rule
Select the relevant assets from the list.
Click next and the alert will be created.
The next thing to do is choose how you want the alerts to come through.
You can choose;
email,
text message or
push notifications (only if you have the monitor app installed.)
Make sure to click "save" as this will ensure the alert is synced through the system.
